Germany is an example of how football is done, and i chose that word cause it’s not just about playing it but building the game. The DFB is formed by a main team, the young team, a Sub-21 and a female team. The way their players follow to get to a World Cup is impressive and unique in the world.

• they grow up in their local club youth system, if they don’t play in their team they will be on loan BUT WITHIN GERMANY. Not to other leagues like many countries do, they have no need to export players.
• there’s a U11, U15, U17, U19 Bundesliga. Imagine the experience the players get through those years.
• CONTINUITY. Loew had ups and down but also the patience and trust of fans and DFB –> carrying really young players and giving them minutes next to really experienced ones
• Retired players and captains as staff. Having historic players as directives and coaches not only gives support but also motivation (see Miroslav Klose)

What Germany has been doing with all his football teams is utterly perfect and the result are obvious, they have done so many things right <3
